Tyvek-film reels

For the manufacturing of Tyvek reels for plasma sterilization we only use medical grade Tyvek in combination with high quality peelable and ecologically produced film. All reels are produced under cleanroom conditions. For printing the indicators a special non toxic, heavy metal free ink is used. Indicators are printed in between sealing lines in order to avoid any decrease of sealing strength and to prevent ink migration or contact with sterile medical devices. During the sterilization process indicators change colour from pink to blue. Tyvek reels are designed for hydrogen peroxide sterilization procedure but can also be used in EO gas or other low temperature sterilization procedures.
